Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading or using the game, the player agrees to these Terms. If the player does not agree, they should not use it. A minor may use the game only with parent or guardian permission where required.

License and acceptable use

The Studio grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for lawful entertainment on supported devices. Players may not exploit or disrupt the game or its services, bypass security or purchase validation, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use the game unlawfully.

Virtual items and optional services

Coins, bees, special balls, stars, scores, and other virtual items have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be transferred outside the game. Eligible players may choose one-time virtual-item purchases through Google Play Billing; Google Play shows the localized price, purchase confirmation, and any required account or parental approval. Purchases may be unavailable by product, account, device, region, network, or provider status. Rewarded videos are optional and require any privacy choices Google presents. Refunds follow Google Play policies and applicable law.

Google Play Games, review, sharing, advertising, Firebase, and store services are also governed by their providers' terms and can vary by device, account, region, connection, or provider status.

Updates and availability

The Studio may update, balance, repair, add, or remove features and may suspend services for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary progress loss, but uninterrupted operation, compatibility, and backup restoration are not guaranteed. This license ends if these Terms are materially violated.

Ownership and feedback

The game, artwork, code, music, trademarks, and other content are owned by the Studio or its licensors and protected by law. Sending feedback gives the Studio permission to use it without restriction or compensation while the sender keeps rights they already hold.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the game. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

General

Applicable consumer law continues to apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the game except for mandatory law and platform terms.
